If for any reason you're not satisfied with a product you ordered, you may return it for up to 30 days after we've shipped it – as long as the item is:
- Unused,
- In its original packaging, and
- In NEW condition
We offer two refund options:
- Store credit for 100% of the purchase price
- Refund of 85% of the purchase price - back to the payment method used to purchase the item
Return shipping charges will not be refunded.
How to request a refund
Email us at help@airgear.store and provide your:
- Name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Tell us which refund method you prefer: store credit (100%) or refund to your original payment method of (85%)
- Package the items and ship them to the address we provide
We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the items in unused, new condition.
Did we accidentally send you the wrong item, or was an item damaged during shipment?
We'll replace it at no cost after you've returned the original item.

- Name
- Order number
- Reason (wrong item, damaged)
We'll send you a return shipping label at our expense. Once we receive your item, we'll send you a replacement.
