Unlike corporate retailers and Amazon, our small, Tucson-based business delivers high-touch customer support. Our team understands what customers need because its owners and nearly everyone at AIR GEAR is an experienced RV owner. 

Innovative, exclusive products

As frequent RV travelers, we love to solve the problems we encounter on the road by designing products that meet our needs, and those of other RVers.

We were the first to develop teak shower mats for nearly every model of Airstream made in the last 20 years, design and stock spare entry door keys for Airstreams, create a tire changing kit for Airstream travel trailers, and develop a more secure exterior compartment lock that looks better and lasts longer than the OEM original. 

We also designed the only digital entry door lock for Airstream trailers, and were the first to offer RV-knowledgable support and accessories for a portable power station designed specifically for RV travelers.

Our exclusive AIR GEAR product line includes more than 40 products, plus our own brand of tools, and a growing list of upgrade parts that outperform their OEM equivalents.

We are authors, educators, Airstream Club International members, and active contributors to the Airstream and RV community. The articles, guides, and videos we create give people practical guidance from credible sources and the lessons we’ve learned in nearly 25 years of RV travel. All are developed using facts, cited research, manufacturer's manuals, and primary source documentation–augmented by our own real-world experience.
