We do not share our mailing or customer lists with third parties, except as required to service your order(s).

• When you opt-in to our email list, we will not share the information you provide with outside parties. And, you easily unsubscribe at any time, using the "unsubscribe" link we include in every email.
• When you create an account as part of your purchase at AIR GEAR, we do not share your address, phone number, email or other collected information with outside parties.
• Our third-party logistics and shipping partners are not allowed to use or retain your personal information for any purpose other than to process and deliver your order(s).

Your credit card information is transmitted securely and, after processing, deleted.

• We don’t retain your credit card information for any reason. That’s why if you return to AIR GEAR to place another order, the system will ask you for your credit card info again. We do not accept phone orders for this reason.
• You are not required to create an account to place an order in the store.
