This is perfect for monitoring and filling the spare as needed. No climbing underneath the Airstream just to put air into the spare. 👍🏻
Installed the system. The adhesive wouldn't hold even though I cleaned with isopropyl alcohol. So I attached the bracket using the enclosed blind rivets which worked nicely. Added elastomeric waterproof weatherproof sealant along the edges of the bracket and on the rivet faces. Maybe "overkill", but trying to avoid any rusting where I drilled into the A-frame. So much easier to check pressure on the spare tire. The kit had good quality components and Rich's You Tube video made installation easy. More good stuff from Air Gear.

Store owner replied: Ingenious solution to the adhesive issue. The 3M adhesive is picky. If you move any part of it after sticking it down, it's likely not to stick. But if the whole pad won't stick, customer support will replace it - help@airgear.store or 520-605-5000. At this point you have created a great solution so this is likely a moot point. Love it. Added a valve extension to accommodate my particular pressure gage that needed a little more valve stem to clamp onto.
Quality components. Install went as expected. I can easily check my pressure at my installation location. It’s not 5 out of 5 because the stem is short. With the washers and retaining nut in place an air compressor nozzle will not engage the stem. I have to unscrew the stem and remove it from the bracket to inflate my spare. If y’all ever make a longer stem please remember me. Otherwise I love it.

Easy installation
I mounted the unit where the tire gage was on the inside vs outside. Love it
Absolutely as advertised. Clearly high quality; fittings, steel mesh cord, and bracket. The instructions are spot on, and -- even though I didn't need to, I watched Rich's video -- I always enjoy them. I'd tell you this is a ten-minute job, but I have a 15" Michelin tire jammed into a spare-tire cage in a 2014 Classic made for a 14" Goodyear China bomb. That's the only thing that took some effort. Result? Sure enough, my spare was under inflated by 15 lbs. This add-on isn't a nice-to have, it's a gotta have.
I got tired of getting under the front of the airstream or under the back of the truck to top off the air in the spares. So, purchased two of these easyairs to solve the problem. I mounted the one on the airstream into the top unused hole of the equalizer bracket on the tongue by drilling an extra hole in the easyair bracket and using one of the included bolts. The easyair on the truck was mounted by drilling an extra hole near the license plate and mounting the easyair inlet directly to the truck. And I put the TireMinder sensors I was already using for the spares on too. Now all I have to do is reach down for either spare to top off the pressure once or twice a year.
I’m very pleased with the EasyAIR Tire inflation system. It definitely makes it much easier and quicker to check the spare tire on my Airstream Basecamp. I ended up modifying the mounting bracket that was supplied and mounting it a little differently then the instructions spelled out. Now I may have to purchase one for my truck as well 😎
Great kit with everything imaginable needed for installation. I installed this on the receiver of our F150 using the adhesive pads. Just enough tubing was provided to loop over a top support beam and down into the spare so the wheel winds down and up without any crimping. Saves about 20 minutes anytime I need to adjust the air pressure on the spare.

I was happy to make sliding under the Airstream a “one time” (or at least infrequent) occurrence by buying and installing this simple but effective solution. I had a brief setback initially when the valve leaked (not good) but in their usual fashion the folks at AirGear came through and had the replacement part in my hands in a matter of days (good). No more worrying about whether the spare will have air if it is needed

Mounted on top of frame to protect from road debris. Used SD screws to be sure it was the right spot and will then replace with rivets. Great addition.
Easy to install and stays secure. Multiple locations and orientations possible.
I followed the well-written directions and watched your video and the installation was easy. Filling the spare tite is now so easy. No more crawling under the rig. PS the masking tape in the photo was just to hold it in place, but candidly that was overkill on my part.

Easy to install in just a few minutes. I have checked the pressure of the spare tire a few times since the installation and it's holding fine. It's nice to know the spare has the right amount of air in case I need it and I don't have to crawl under the Airstream any longer.
Get solution to a real pain and easy to install.
When I took the cap off the trailer-tongue-mounted end of the braided hose, air flowed out continuously. I thought there was a malfunction that would deflate the spare tire. I put the cap back on and decided to deal with it later. I went back later to pump up the spare tire and the air had stopped flowing from the spare. So, all is well. This appears to be a great improvement over crawling under our Caravel FB 20 to inflate the spare. Highly recommend this accessory. Am considering one for my Silverado’s spare tire.

Great "package"... you could simply piece it together yourself, but this was too "clean" to pass up! Don't forget to tighten up the "valve core" with the enclosed tool to prevent a subtle and insidious leak!! Mine came with a stem being quite loose - but kudos to AirGear for including the tool. Just recommend they add it to the directions! Thanks, Rich & crew for yet Another Excellent upgrade! - Todd Allen

The spare tire inflation system works great. Installation was a breeze. I used the sticky tape and it's on there very securely. I had my doubts, but they were unfounded. The braided cable was long enough, but I have a 19ft Bambi so it's not a long way from the spare to the frame next to the battery box. It's really nice that I don't have to crawl under the trailer to check the pressure of the spare tire. If you have any questions, watch their installation video and you'll get all of your questions answered.

Simple to install and the perfect length to put the valve in easy reach. Should have installed this years ago. When I finished I found that my spare was about 15psi low! Now it gets checked regularly, just like the main tires.

Grest product concept but for Basecamp 20x no place to “sqaurely” mount as propane cover in way. So hoping tape & extra glue allow it to stay in spot we think fits best or will have to drill…
Checked the pressure before leaving for a rally and showed just what we set before the trip…..70lbs. Checked with pressure monitor manually and spot on to what we want it to be.

Works great, installed on trailer and tow vehicle. As expected both spares air pressure was low. One less thing to worry about on the pre departure checklist.
It arrived as described, but I have not had a chance to install it. Instructions look good, should be an easy install.

Great idea and easy enough to install. I have to be honest, the first time I checked the pressure on my spare was when I installed this extension. Now I’m able to check the spare every time I check the other 4 tires. Great idea and it helps give me peace of mind while on the road.
